Yes. Our outdoor wooden items are built to withstand typical UK weather when properly maintained. We recommend occasional cleaning and protective oiling for long-lasting durability.

Absolutely. Everything we offer is made from non-toxic, smooth-finished wood. No sharp edges, no harmful coatings — fully kid-safe.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You have 12 hours to request a modification or cancellation. After this, the order may already be processing.
8. Do your products require assembly?
Some items, especially furniture or play products, may arrive flat-packed. Easy instructions are included and assembly is simple.
9. How do I care for wooden outdoor furniture?
We recommend wiping it regularly and applying wood oil or sealant once or twice a year to keep it looking new and protected from weather.
